i'm not gonna say much the amazing ppl here addressed everything already, i just wanna say that if you add a cooldown on the jumping and you could lower it through upgrades maybe is gonna be fun since balancing the jumping is crucial. and maybe having an enemy that will stick you to the grounf with slow and limit your jump is a cool idea as well
Made it to level 22.. full disclosure. I only lost because I grabbed an auto clicker at 20 and stopped paying attention. Kinda wish I had my kc though.
Also btw, Best start- Spam while jumping for heals, Shotguns and snipers are great I guess, 6 ammo is cool, then add size till your comfy, Health is decent too later, More room for error
download-able version plays in a very tiny window and my cursor jumps outside it too often. Art, impacts and animations are pretty pretty. Lacks explanation or tactics but maybe it was just me.
Fun stuff! Just WAY too easy. At a certain point it was no longer a test of skill, but a test of endurance. Also, the Bigger Bullet upgrade is absolutely BUSTED, past like level 5 it was the only upgrade I ever took, and I was just demolishing. Very fun, just work a bit on balancing.

other than that it was fun but i accidentally clicked the help text in the beginning away and then just randomly clicked and found the spam exploit
Proscriptively speaking my biggest piece of feedback was that it felt to chaotic, and I could just spam to survive forever. Do with that what you will, but my recommendation would be limiting how many dice I can throw so that I have to put each one to good use. Or you could even add two dice that I choose which one I roll, so I can save a useful shotgun roll till I think I need it. And I do recommend you stick with this, you've got a genuinely good game on your hands, not even just a good one for the jam. Were this expanded into a full on roguelike with all the obvious more interesting upgrades and rooms and stuff I'm sure you already have ideas for I could see myself putting down a few bucks for this.

Looks great, sounds great, and plays great. The balancing could use some tuning though. The game got a lot less interesting when i realized i could progress by just spamming the mouse buttons on the hearts and stay around full health forever.
I also don't think the dice upgrades were very exciting. Unocking the sniper is cool, but it's kind of unclear why you'd want the others. I'm assuming they increase the probability of getting that type, but it's kind of underwhelming compared to the much more tangible effect of bigger bullets or more ammo and health especially when all the types are useful.
Considdering it's a Jam game, it's seriously impressive when those are the only issues.

very cool and fun ! the only thing that bother me a little was the fact that i can choose the direction of the jump, wich appear weird to me because the walk is automatic.

first try i got level 4 with 71 kills
and i didn't jump once ._.
but why the ._.?
because i finally realized that jumping existed afterwards, and that jumping would have made it so much easier

I feel like limiting or removing the bigger bullets upgrade would improve the balancing, but great game otherwise!
